- Switch off your phone and your email (trust us, nobody will die if they can’t reach you for half an hour).
- Switch off your social media. Nothing urgent comes to you through social media, really it doesn’t.
OK, so this won’t be especially easy to begin with.
But the more you do this (even if just for half an hour a time) the more you’ll be able to focus.
And the more you focus, the easier it’ll be to get more done.
